The notions of Open Source (anybody can make a derivative work)
vs a wiki (anybody can modify are particular set of online
documents) are very different animals.
For instance, I trust Open Source software, much more than I
trust wiki-ed software. I sure wouldn't trust wiki designed balloon.
As I've said before, I'll be glad to host any Open Source
balloon design data at www.xlta.org. But I personally lack
sufficient knowledge of balloon construction to take the lead.
