[balloon-makers] Update

If I was building a hopper, I would go to the nearest skydiving center and talk the rigger out of an old skydiving harness. Rig the risers to the burner frame strap the tank to the back where the parachutes were and have fun.  I like the idea of hanging, legs free and basketless.
