[balloon-makers] Update

I believe that someone posted a link to a suitable recycle container about
6 months ago. I'll do some digging when I get home and see if I can find
that email.
If you do find just the right bin sitting on the curb waiting for the
recycle guys to empty it, I suggest just looking it over for a brand name
and model number and buying a nice new clean one. I'm sure I would not be
happy to find my $100 recycle bin missing when I got home.
