It looks darn close to my singer 212 U141 model that's setting in storage.

If any of you get it, let me know and I'll either scan the manuals I 
have if I can get the scanner working again, or photocopy them (not 
sure about the quality of that process) so you can have users manual, 
service manual, and parts manuals for it.

Either way, it's a great price for a machine and table combo which
should not need much work to get back into top shape (if it isn't
already). Looks like it is 1/8" needle gauge, so at minimum it'll need
a new gauge set. That is $30 shipped, from a different eBay seller I
have dealt with (plus a couple hours of fiddling with machine screws
and retiming the needle hooks).
