[balloon-makers] Load Tape Color

I dyed a few hundred feet of load tape in a stock pot on my stove in my
little Manhattan apartment.   Easily.

Nylon seems to take dye really well.

I still have it.  In fact, I think the load tape and burner are the only
parts I still have left.
