[Balloon-makers] Painting on Fabric...

The only thing I know that will stick to silicone coated fabric is a modified version of KoalaCoat#25. There are some tints available and has been used in the skydiving industry for artwork. I am painting stars on 2 red, white and blue parachutes right now.
