[Balloon-makers] Cable/basket floor hole

I drilled a hole in the floor for the cable, then on the bottom side I
used a 1/2 half inch radius round over router bit to give the hole a nice
smooth transition. I also protected the cable using a wood protector that
had a cable size slot cut in in and swedged a stop sleeve in the middle to
keep it from sliding back and forth. No issues in 9 years of use.
