a cold inflation to help with the vent fastening and to have a look for any
sewing problems.

No one loves a great deal more than I do, but when I'm balloon building I do
tend to use materials that I can document the specs.  The para-gear thread
is more than likely sales samples for trial use as some thread coating don't
work well in some manufacturing processes but are generally fine for limited
uses such as home built balloons.
